Thanks for your nice words.No need to ask for payout.Once you reach the 20 pound mark till the month end you are paid automatically to your paypal account after 45 days.As per example I earned 26 pound during the end of March searches.So I am going to receive this amount on May 18th of this month.Just after first 45 days you are paid every month if you are active.I think it is now clear.
